6Inch Stainless Steel SUS304 Shower Arm with Flange

     To change a Shower Arm, follow these steps:

     1. Turn off the water supply to the shower. Locate the main water shut-off valve for your home and close it to prevent any water flow.

     2. Remove the existing showerhead. Unscrew the showerhead counterclockwise by hand or use pliers if it is too tight. Be careful not to damage the Stainless Steel Shower Arm while doing this.

     3. Remove the old  Angled Shower Arm. Use an adjustable wrench or pliers to loosen and unscrew the Shower Arm With Flange from the wall. Turn it counterclockwise until it is completely removed.

     4. Clean the threads. Use a rag or brush to clean the threads on the shower pipe to ensure a proper seal with the new shower arm.

     5. Apply plumber's tape. Wrap plumber's tape around the threads of the shower arm in a clockwise direction. This will help create a watertight seal when it is installed.

     6. Install the new Stainless steel shower arm. Screw the new angled shower arm onto the shower pipe, turning it clockwise until it is securely tightened. Use an adjustable wrench or pliers to ensure it is snug but be careful not to overtighten and damage the arm or pipe.

     7. Attach the showerhead. Screw the showerhead onto the new shower arm, turning it clockwise until it is hand-tightened. Use pliers if necessary, but be careful not to overtighten and damage the showerhead or arm.

     8. Turn on the water supply. Open the main water shut-off valve to restore the water supply to the shower. Check for any leaks around the shower arm and showerhead connections.

     9. Test the shower. Turn on the shower and check for proper water flow and any signs of leakage. Adjust the showerhead position if necessary.
